Les vacances sont ici
This is just a quick note to let you all know that I'll not have a post up on Sunday/Monday, as we're leaving tonight to go to Disneyland Paris, by way of Brighton (it's not on the way, but we like to keep the old parents happy with a visit whenever we can). We will be in the heart of "the magic" on Monday, then on Valentine's Day very romantically waking up in a Paris hotel room. Albeit with a 3-year-old and 11-year-old, but still. The older two will be at their dad's, as they're too cool for this sort of thing.

Christine - The kids had a blast, especially at the parade (although couldn't see Eve's face as she was on my shoulders).
Ro - Thanks, I'll get on to that ASAP! Got back on Wednesday, but it always takes a couple of days to get back to normal and get through the washing!
Jayne - Thanks, Brighton was good too. We went on the temporary Brighton eye at the seaside and could see up to the Downs because it was such a clear day.

T.D. - Thanks for your kind words. I hadn't really thought about it - I just try and act like any father. It's not always easy, but that's the case with any parent. Luckily, my stepkids still have a great relationship with their own dad too.
